Each TriFi device requires one Unlimited Data plan. The first service month is included in the first-cycle product price. Service then renews at $120 per month for each device using the payment method provided at checkout.
Cancellation
There is no service contract or cancellation penalty. Cancellation is non-prorated: service remains active through the paid monthly period and ends at month-end. Customer cancellation is available through the supported subscription-management path when enabled for the account; support is also available at support@trificonnect.com.
Restart
Restarting cancelled service requires a new $45 activation charge. Contact support for restart assistance.
Device quantities
Every device in an order requires its own plan. Quantities and mixed-device carts therefore renew at $120 per month multiplied by the total device quantity.
