By using this storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product, service, shipping, cancellation, privacy, and other policies presented with your purchase.
Storefront and orders
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the storefront lawfully. TriFi may refuse or cancel an order affected by error, suspected fraud, misuse, or product unavailability and will communicate through the contact information provided with the order.
Devices and required service
Each device requires one Unlimited Data plan billed at $120 per month per device. The first-cycle price includes the device, the first $120 service month, and one $45 shipping and activation charge per device. Shipping is included and no additional shipping charge is requested.
Recurring billing and cancellation
By completing checkout, you authorize recurring monthly charges for each required plan using the payment method provided. There is no service contract or cancellation penalty. Cancellation is non-prorated and takes effect at the end of the paid monthly period. Restarting cancelled service requires a new $45 activation charge.
